Amanda Little & Associates is a boutique Conveyancing firm based in Western Sydney servicing, Penrith, Parramatta, Sydney, Blue Mountains, Oran Park, Hawkesbury, Macarthur, Orange and Greater West regions.

We are a dedicated team of Solicitors and Support Staff here to assist you with your legal issue, including buying and selling property, and providing advice regarding transferring properties and advice of property law issues including caveats, proprietary interest etc.

Amanda Little

Principal Solicitor – Accredited Specialist Family Law

Amanda is the Principal Solicitor of Amanda Little & Associates. Amanda has extensive experience in all facets of Family Law, Wills and Estates and Care and Protection. She is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, is the 2019 Business Person of the Year for Penrith, 2019 Business Woman of the year for Lindsay and has been nominated for Suburban Lawyer of the Year in the Australian Law Awards 2019.

Amanda is also a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner approved by the Attorney Generals Department, a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the Australian Mediation Association and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is also a founding member of Penrith Lady Lawyers and is a champion for the growth of young female professionals in Western Sydney.

Amanda has a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Communication, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (with Distinction) from Western Sydney University and Family Dispute Resolution (legislative Foundation Knowledge and Skills) qualifications from Bond University.

Nicole Tabone

Senior Solicitor

Nicole joined Amanda Little & Associates in September 2020 having been admitted to practice in 2012. Nicole is a member of the Law Society and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Nicole completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney. Nicole also has a Bachelor of Social Science (Politics and Public Policy) and is currently studying her Masters of Applied Law with the College of Law.

Since admission Nicole has worked primarily in the areas of Family Law, Estate Litigation, and Conveyancing. Nicole has experience in advocacy having appeared in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, Supreme Court of NSW and various Local Courts.

Nicole has an easy going nature and establishes genuine connections with her clients. She thoroughly enjoys learning about people and understanding their legal problems. Nicole has a passion for problem solving and finding solutions that fit the needs of clients

Rosemary Aloisio

Senior Associate – Accredited Specialist Family Law, Mediator, FDRP

Rosemary was admitted as a lawyer in December 2007 and since that time has practised in Family Law and Contested Estates.

Rosemary represents clients in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, the District Court of NSW, the Children’s Court of NSW and Supreme Courts.

Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Law, is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Rosemary also works in Conveyancing and can assist with any manner of purchase, sale or transfer of property.

Jacinta Watkins

Senior Associate

Jacinta was admitted to practice in 2006 as a Solicitor.

Jacinta is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.

Jacinta has extensive experience in relation to property law and commercial litigation matters, previously acting on behalf of the banks when she worked at a major city law firm.

Jacinta can provide you with advice in relation to all aspects property litigation and commercial litigation matters.

Bernadette Melhem

Senior Associate – Accredited Specialist Family Law

Bernadette has over 15 years experience in complex family law matters, being admitted in 2005. She is also an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

Bernadette is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Bernadette attended the University of Western Sydney to complete her Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Bernadette always focuses on her clients needs, and will lead you through your matter in a caring and considerate way.

She will guide you through a purchase or sale in a caring and consider way.

Joshua Mestroni

Senior Lawyer

Joshua has recently joined Amanda Little & Associates. He was admitted into practice in 2011. He has previously graduated with honours from the University of Technology Sydney and obtained a Masters in Applied Family Law with the College of Law of Australia in 2020.

Joshua has specialised in family law since his admission. He has worked as legal associate to Justice Austin and Justice Cleary in the Family Court of Australia in Newcastle. Since commencing work as a solicitor he has regularly appeared before Judges of the Local Court, Federal Circuit Court and Family Court. He has worked for several years as a duty solicitor at the courts and has a lot of experience dealing with urgent matters involving concerns about the unauthorised removal of children.

Joshua has a strong background in assisting more vulnerable clients. He has an easy and compassionate manner with his clients. His approach is always to resolve his client’s concerns as quickly and as cost effectively as possible, recognising the harm that protracted court proceedings can do to the entire family. However, when required he is strong advocate for his client’s best interests.

He has also developed a highly specialised knowledge of Child Support having worked several years as part of a Child Support specialist team, so can assist with any of your child support related concerns.

Aimee Green

Senior Paralegal

Aimee is a Paralegal who brings a wealth of knowledge to Amanda Little & Associates.

She has over 18 years’ experience predominantly in family law and conveyancing, but has also worked in commercial litigation, criminal and debt recovery.

Aimee has worked closely with Counsel over the past 10 years, and has excellent rapport with Counsel and the Courts.

Aimee provides legal support to Amanda and Bernadette and is our Conveyancing Paralegal. Aimee is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws.

She is well loved and respected by all of our clients who regularly praise her work ethic and attention to detail.

Aimee will be able to assist you with all inquiries in relation to your matter.

Lisa Davis

Senior Paralegal

Lisa is one of our Senior Paralegals, she has strong administrative and interpersonal skills. She is able to tackle every challenge a family law or conveyancing matter can throw at her!

Her easy going nature will make you feel at ease immediately, as will her strong knowledge base and wealth of experience.

Lisa has worked in family Law for over 20 years. Prior to joining Amanda Little & Associates she held the same position for a period of 19 years.

Michelle Conoulty

Senior Paralegal

Michelle is a Paralegal with over 20 years’ experience predominantly in Family Law, Mediation and Estates but has also worked in other areas of law including criminal, care & protection and debt recovery.

Michelle is also a Justice of the Peace.

Michelle is kind and considerate. She works with her lawyers to ensure that her clients always feel heard and supported throughout the process of their legal matter. Michelle directly supports Jacinta.

She is always happy to be able to assist with enquiries relating to your matter and is an invaluable member of the Amanda Little & Associates team.

Yvonne McLandsborough


Yvonne is employed as a Paralegal for special projects.

Yvonne’s attention to detail and her experience of over 20 years as a Paralegal means that she is able to tackle any complex task.

Yvonne is utilised within the firm when a large project requires complete attention and focus – such as preparing for final hearings, for arbitration and preparing tender bundles etc

Rebecca is well known to our clients as our friendly receptionist.

From the moment you call our office she will make you feel welcome and at ease.

Rebecca genuinely connects with our clients and cares about them and the outcomes of their matters.

Alison Lopez

Legal Secretary

Alison is a legal secretary at Amanda Little & Associates and The Mediation Centre.

Alison has 25 years’ experience in customer service and administration and her friendly disposition will make you feel at ease.

Alison is also our Wills & Estate Legal Secretary and undertakes the administration duties for our estates and litigation team.

She also assist with Conveyancing matters having years of experience in a city firm in all aspects of conveyancing.

Alison enjoys her fast paced role, and interacting with and meeting new people.

Renee Bateman

Finance and Accounts

Renee undertakes the accounts at Amanda Little & Associates.

She is able to assist you with any accounts inquiries you may have.
